🌟 Duties and Responsibilities

  • Execute purchasing operations according to company needs and approved operational plans
  • Source qualified suppliers, request price quotations, and compare them to select the best options
  • Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and commercial terms
  • Issue purchase orders and follow up on their execution until materials or services are received
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely fulfillment of work requirements
  • Review and approve purchase requests and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Monitor delivery processes and resolve any supplier or supply-related challenges
  • Evaluate supplier performance periodically and build long-term professional relationships
  • Maintain and organize purchasing records and documents, and prepare periodic reports
  • Comply with company policies, purchasing procedures, and governance standards

🌟 Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field
  • 1 to 3 years of practical experience in procurement
  • Good knowledge of procurement systems and procedures, and ERP systems
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
