🌟 Duties and Responsibilities
- Execute purchasing operations according to company needs and approved operational plans
- Source qualified suppliers, request price quotations, and compare them to select the best options
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and commercial terms
- Issue purchase orders and follow up on their execution until materials or services are received
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely fulfillment of work requirements
- Review and approve purchase requests and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Monitor delivery processes and resolve any supplier or supply-related challenges
- Evaluate supplier performance periodically and build long-term professional relationships
- Maintain and organize purchasing records and documents, and prepare periodic reports
- Comply with company policies, purchasing procedures, and governance standards
🌟 Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field
- 1 to 3 years of practical experience in procurement
- Good knowledge of procurement systems and procedures, and ERP systems
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
